Refund and return
You can request a refund, exchange, or cancel the order before we ship the package.
If the product you received does not match the one you signed for (due to quality issues, damage, empty packaging, or collision), we will return or exchange the product for you without any reason. (We will bear all the costs for returning the item).
If you need a return or refund (not a quality issue), please contact customer service within 12 hours after signing for it. If it exceeds 12 hours, we will assume that you approve of our product. (All fees will be refunded at your expense)
